B: SLEEVE LENGTH
This is taken from the top of the sleeve at the shoulder seam to the middle of the end of the sleeve.
C: CHEST
Place the tape underneath your armpits and then measure snugly.
D: WAIST
This measurement is taken around the waist navel height.
